Andrés Grunewaldt
Andrés Grunewaldt is a Senior Associate and works in our Firm`s Intellectual and Industrial Property Group. His legal practice includes experience in the managerial and legal handling of copyright, trademark and patent, licensing agreements, Internet and domain name registrations, advertising law and unfair competition, defending local and foreign clients in applications, contracts and proceedings related to these matters.
Before joining Albagli Zaliasnik, Mr. Grunewaldt worked as a legal advisor in the General Prosecutor’s Office, at Money Laundry, Economic Crime and Organized Crime Specialized Unit, highlighting the knowledge and experience of economic crime, with particular reference to the Anti-counterfeiting area.
Andres is pursuing a Master in International Law and Intellecutal Property at Duke University, USA.
