Rodrigo Marin Ithurbisquy is an associate and works in our firm’s Intellectual and Industrial Property Group. His legal practice is focused on handling Trademarks, Patents, Domain Name registrations and copyright, advertising law and unfair competition, defending local and foreign clients in applications, contracts and proceedings related to these matters.
Before joining Albagli Zaliasnik, Mr. Marin worked as a legal advisor in VTR Banda Ancha (Chile) S.A., with particular reference to the Consumer Protection area.
