Alvaro Rosenblut is a partner with Albagli Zaliasnik and leads our Firm’s Business Group.

Mr. Rosenblut has vast experience in business issues, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporations, Real Estate Law, Contracting, Licenses and Franchises, Telecoms and Regulatory Law.

Mr. Rosenblut has participated as lecturer in various national and international conferences and seminars. He also co-authored the Chilean chapter on “Corporate Governance”, for prestigious UK publication “Getting the Deal Through” (2006).

In addition to being an active board member at various companies and organizations, where he contributes his legal and business expertise, Mr. Rosenblut is a member of the International Bar Association and plays an active role in all the committees in which he participates (International Sales, Media Law, Real Estate, Closely Held & Growing Business Enterprises).
