Rodrigo Albagli is a Founding Partner and Managing Partner of Albagli Zaliasnik. Mr. Albagli focuses his legal practice in Financial and Banking Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Finance and Debt Structuring and Restructuring.

Relying on his vast experience in the retail sector and active role in directorships and relevant operations in this industry, Mr. Albagli created and directs the AZ Retail Law Team®.

Aware of the need to manage legal risk at both the corporate and organizational levels, and drawing on experience and sound international practices, Rodrigo Albagli devised a new legal service known AZ LRM®  Legal Risk Management Group, intended to mitigate legal risks and prevent companies and their assets from losing value.

In addition to being an active director in several companies and organizations, where he contributes his legal and business expertise, Mr. Albagli has played an active role in the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance (GALA), a legal association and world leader in the legal consulting and lobbying industry for advertising, promotion, and marketing.

In order to provide support for domestic clients in their overseas ventures and meet the demands of international customers who require increasingly more specialized and regionwide services, Mr. Albagli has established a series of strategic alliances and partnerships with firms around the world.

It is worthy to note that Mr. Albagli is also an active lecturer in national and international conferences and authored the Chilean chapter on “Corporate Governance” for the prestigious UK publication “Getting the Deal Through” 2006.

Mr. Albagli is a member of the International Bar Association where he is a member of several committees (Antitrust, Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law, International Franchising, International Sales).
