Yaniv Amitai Loker is an associate and works in our firm’s Intellectual and Industrial Property Group. His legal practice is focused on handling Trademarks, Patents, Domain Name registrations and copyright, advertising law and unfair competition, defending local and foreign clients in applications, contracts and proceedings related to these matters.

Before joining Albagli Zaliasnik, Mr. Amitai worked as a legal adviser in OTRI Chile, Office of Research Results Transfer, in charge of a project to develop a policy on Intellectual Property for different companies.
