Josefa Larraín leads the Arbitration Group of az.

His performance focuses on the practice of national arbitration, civil, commercial, corporate litigation, reorganization and liquidation of companies. Likewise, he participates in the preventive orientation and elaboration of procedural strategies of matters of corporate clients.

In her role as a senior associate of the civil litigation and arbitration teams, she is recognized for developing judicial and commercial strategies focused primarily on the needs of her clients.

With a close and methodical work, he offers dispute resolution alternatives that not only cover the area of the conflict in particular, but also include the development of the business of the companies and people she advises.

Throughout her career, she has provided advice to companies from the most diverse areas in their judicial and arbitration disputes, standing out in disputes related to energy, investments, business restructuring, company acquisitions, real estate, benefits and health insurance, retail, among others.

The Legal 500 ranking has highlighted her as “a lawyer who is in charge of litigation, arbitration and negotiations within the framework of a practice dedicated to litigation”.

Defense of a major sports and entertainment company in a commercial arbitration for breach of a license agreement with a multinational company.

Representation of various retail, financial services and brokerage companies in various class action lawsuits initiated by the National Consumer Service.

Representation of one of the largest suppliers of supplies and construction materials in the country, in various lawsuits for extra-contractual civil liability.

Represented a major telecommunications company in an arbitration initiated against the person who designed, built and poorly executed a fiber optic network.

Defense of an international financing company in various processes of corporate reorganization of companies in a situation of insolvency.
