Carolina Escandón is a member of our firm’s Civil Litigation and Arbitration Group.
Carolina Escandón is part of the Litigation Group. Her work is focused on national arbitration; civil, commercial, and corporate litigation; and the reorganization and liquidation of companies. She also participates in the preventive orientation and elaboration of procedural strategies for corporate matters.

Her practice focuses on advising the group’s clients on matters that require processing before civil and arbitration courts, and assisting them in developing strategies for their judicial, commercial, and business development matters.She also focuses mainly on civil, commercial, economic and arbitration litigation, including legal proceedings related to bankruptcy and corporate reorganization.
She has also dedicated herself to the preventive orientation in matters of corporate clients of az, as well as conducting and preparing procedural strategies in matters that are presented before the courts of justice.
