Having role models is key for the women of the future to break stereotypes and understand that they can achieve success, regardless of their area of interest.
In order to achieve greater female participation in the workplace in male-dominated careers, it is necessary to make visible women who inspire others to follow the same path. This is a challenge that the country faces in order to increase the number of female success stories that open spaces for new generations.
What to do?
To generate change, education must be addressed, says Ariela Agosin, partner at Albagli Zaliasnik (az). “Academic abilities and interests have no gender and women must have the possibility to develop them, whatever these abilities and interests are. Mothers and fathers must also be attentive to be a contribution, from the gifts they buy them to the activities they take them to” she stresses”.
