With this, we manage, articulate and solve in an integral way all the legal and regulatory needs of each company, according to the stage of life and industry in which it participates.

As External Legal Management az, we focus on actively preventing and resolving the different needs and contingencies with collaborators, clients, suppliers, competitors and regulatory entities. We also work directly with senior management, both in the recurring activities of their line of business and in the strategic aspects that they must face.

General Coordination

This responsibility is assumed by a partner and a senior associate of az, who channel the needs and requirements of the client, coordinating internally the assignment of work. Naturally, we promote direct communication and interaction with other lawyers, depending on the characteristics of the issues, matters, projects or litigation.

Legal committee

A legal committee is implemented, composed of the management defined by the client together with the legal team in charge of coordination, adding lawyers from the firm, depending on the matters and specialties that are most active.

Risk Committee

This body, normally composed of some management and one or two members of the az team, aims to systematically raise the main legal, regulatory and reputational risks that may affect the company, its shareholders and directors, as well as the industry in which the business operates.
