Matías Selamé is a member of our firm’s Intellectual and Industrial Property Group.

Matías Selamé’s practice focuses on resolving intellectual and industrial property disputes for both domestic and multinational companies.

Practice Areas 

Intellectual and Industrial Property and Intellectual and Industrial Property Litigation.

He has experience in resolving conflicts related to intellectual and industrial property and in a wide variety of matters, including trademark transfer agreements, trademark and patent registration applications before INAPI and the TDPI, criminal complaints for intellectual and industrial property crimes, and domain name revocation claims.
