Our Tax Group Director Andrea Bobadilla spoke about the key issues in the tax agenda 2025.
On Wednesday, December 11, the event Legal Agenda 2025 organized by Estado Diario took place at Hotel W Santiago, with the participation of our director of the Tax Group, Andrea Bobadilla.
On this occasion, Andrea spoke on “What to expect and how to prepare the tax management of companies”, focusing on three key issues:
- Tax Compliance Law.
- Tax Sustainability.
- Tax Reform.
Our director also made a tour of the different tax reforms during the period 2012 to date and emphasized the importance that companies must anticipate, prevent and manage a strategic planning.
In addition, the event, which was aimed at legal and compliance managers and their teams, included other presentations on different topics of the legal challenges ahead.
