Albagli Zaliasnik (az) hires three new lawyers

The law firm announced that it has just hired three professionals: Javiera Lira, Carla Lavín and Nicolás Zaliasnik.

Javiera Lira

The Albagli Zaliasnik (az) law firm announced that it has just hired three professionals. Javiera Lira became part of the Corporate and Business practice. A lawyer from the Catholic University, Javiera has extensive experience in corporate matters with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, real estate, development and project financing.

Carla Lavín

For her part, Carla Lavín became part of the Civil Litigation and Arbitration area. Carla focuses her experience and practice on the resolution of complex civil and commercial trials, shareholder conflicts, insolvency and company reorganization processes, trials in the construction and mining sectors, among others. She has outstanding experience in advising clients in different areas ranging from banking or financial and commercial litigation, to litigation related to consumers, construction defects and civil liability.

Nicolás Zaliasnik

Finally, Nicolás Zaliasnik will join the Corporate and Business practice. Nicolás has specialized in corporate, civil and commercial law, performing his duties in the drafting of a wide variety of commercial contracts and in the execution of mergers and acquisitions operations. His experience includes advising on complex transactions, managing day-to-day legal aspects for clients and carrying out procedures before various authorities.
