They are Carlos Lazcano, who takes over as senior associate, and Simonne Rojas, who joins the firm as az associate.
Two new additions were recently announced by Albagli Zaliasnik (az). They are senior associate in the Intellectual and Industrial Property group Carlos Lazcano Ossa and associate in the Corporate and Business group Simonne Rojas Recabarren.
The former is a lawyer from the Catholic University and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the Universidad de los Andes. He also holds a Diploma in Intellectual Property from the UC and was previously an associate at Baker McKenzie.
With extensive experience in trademark prosecution, disputes and enforcement both domestically and abroad, Lazcano is also an expert in copyright, domain names, patents, industrial designs, plant varieties, advertising law, data protection, labeling, unfair competition and consumer protection.
Simonne is a lawyer from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and focuses her practice in the areas of corporate, commercial and real estate law. She has also participated in several projects related to the telecommunications field.
In addition, she has extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of contracts, as well as in the preparation of corporate minutes and amendments.
