Albagli Zaliasnik incorporates an expert in labor issues

Palmira Valdivia recently joined the firm’s labor team.

Albagli Zaliasnik (az) announced the incorporation of attorney Palmira Valdivia, who joined the firm as an associate in the labor area.

Palmira is a lawyer graduated from the University of Chile and has devoted her practice mainly to labor litigation of different complexity in strategic companies in the food, energy and transportation industries, among others.

She has experience in labor law matters, focusing mainly on the legal advice and representation of large companies nationwide.

During the years she has practiced as a lawyer, she has gained vast experience in conflict resolution, her work being aimed at obtaining the best results for the clients she has represented.

It is important to highlight that az’s labor team is currently integrated by Jorge Arredondo (Partner), Jocelyn Aros (Senior Associate) and Felipe Neira (Associate), who have extensive experience supporting companies in their needs related to hiring processes, compensation, termination of labor relationship and collective bargaining processes, among other services.

az states that the incorporation of Palmira will play a key role in facing the new challenges in labor regulation.
