Albagli Zaliasnik and DLA Piper BAZ NLD advised on the deal

Amérigo Chile Early Stage & Growth finalized the acquisition of 25% interest in Fracttal SpA.

This $2 Million second round investment will finance the research and development activities of the company.

Fracttal SpA offers an online platform for the management of company assets. The Company is based in Santiago, Chile.
