The law firm Albagli Zaliasnik (az) has just announced that Antonio Rubilar will take over as a partner of the Firm.

Antonio Rubilar is a lawyer from the University of Chile. He has focused his practice on regulatory and financing advice, also including the area of construction and development of projects involving infrastructure, oil, gas, as well as the renewable and conventional energy industries, in addition, complex regulatory litigation and arbitrations.
He has extensive knowledge in different matters in the regulatory, corporate and litigation fields, the result of his varied national and international experience throughout his career. He had an outstanding five-year period as in-house counsel at the National Petroleum Company (ENAP) and distinguished work in the development and financing of renewable energy projects in Latin America as International Legal Advisor in the offices of Chadbourne and Parke LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright (NYC).
He and his team assist clients from various sectors, emphasizing the area of energy and regulated industries, adding public and regulatory law issues. In addition, negotiations, specific corporate matters related to energy, infrastructure, telecommunications and others are added.
