Ariela Agosin is recognized as one of the world’s top 250 women in IP by Managing Intellectual Property.

Ariela Agosin, a partner of Albagli Zaliasnik, was chosen for the second consecutive year as one of the three Chilean women on the list of “The Top 250 Women in IP”, which is prepared by the prestigious British publication Managing Intellectual Property.

The investigation, which covered 80 jurisdictions and nine different Latin American countries took place over a six month period, where in-depth interviews and surveys were carried out. The professionals were chosen by handling a wide range of IP, including legal advice, litigation, prosecution and portfolio management, aside from the importance of the clients and businesses they advise.

Ariela Agosin is a lawyer from the University of Chile, has a Masters of Laws in Intercultural Human Rights from St. Thomas University, Florida, and until December of last year was president for the Americas of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance (GALA). She is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), where she serves as Vice Chair of the Committee on Emerging Issues and a member of the Sub Committee on Legislation and Regulation for Latin America of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI).
