Catalina Valdés is a member of our firm’s Criminal Litigation Group.

Catalina Valdés focuses her practice in the area of criminal law, especially in the economic field. She has participated in the processing of important high-complexity cases.

She has gained experience processing various high-complexity cases and participating in the defense of important cases at the national level, related to the stock market and tax crimes, among others.

In her everyday work, she advises and plans various strategies for the problems that may arise, either from a defendant’s or a plaintiff’s perspective.

She is highly prepared in judicial proceedings, due to her practical training as a paralegal on the firm’s criminal litigation team for almost three years.
