Catalina Valdés is a member of our firm’s Criminal Litigation Group.

Catalina Valdés focuses her practice on criminal law, particularly in the area of economic crime. She has been involved in handling major, highly complex cases. In her day-to-day work, she advises clients and develops various strategies to address the issues that arise, whether representing defendants or plaintiffs.

She has gained experience handling a variety of highly complex cases and participating in the defense of major high-profile cases at the national level, including those related to the securities market and tax crimes, among others.

She has extensive experience in litigation, thanks to her practical training as an attorney on the firm’s criminal litigation team for nearly three years.
