El Mercurio Legal | az incorporates four new lawyers to the firm

The firm strengthened the Corporate and Business, Compliance, Labor and Criminal areas.

The law firm az | albagli zaliasnik announced the incorporation of four new lawyers to the firm in order to strengthen different areas within the wide range of legal services offered to its clients.

Associate Juan Pablo Vieira joins the Corporate and Business team. A member of az since 2023, he focuses his professional practice on corporate law with experience in public bids, contracting and advising national and international companies.

Also joining az is associate Jaime Viveros, who is part of the firm’s Compliance group. Also from 2023 in az, he focuses his practice on prevention and good corporate practices, advising clients from various industries in matters related to legal risk management.

Alejandra Figueroa has joined az to strengthen the Labor area. She has experience in the resolution of labor and social security matters, both for national and multinational companies, in a wide variety of individual and collective labor matters, including employment contracts of different kinds, employee movements, restructuring processes, dismissals, collective bargaining agreements and modification of working conditions.

Finally, Daniela Castillo joins the Criminal Litigation group. She has focused her professional practice on medium and high complexity criminal litigation, economic crimes, gender equality and anti-discrimination. She has also participated in the processing and litigation of various cases of public importance, collaborating and developing procedural strategies as plaintiff and defender.
