Senior Associate
Nicolás Cruz is a member of our firm’s Civil Litigation and Arbitration Group.
He has been a member of az since 2023. Nicolás focuses his practice in the resolution of conflicts in civil and commercial matters, representing diverse clients before arbitration and ordinary courts, as well as before the superior courts of justice.
Areas of practice
Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency, Civil Litigation, Arbitration, High Complexity Litigation.
He has represented major national and international companies in complex litigation trials. Nicolás also has extensive experience in construction arbitration, corporate litigation and judicial reorganization proceedings.
