With the aim of strengthening key areas of the Albagli Zaliasnik (az) law firm, the firm recently appointed lawyers Loreto Hoyos, Dafne Guerra and Josefa Larraín as directors.

The new director of the Criminal group, Loreto Hoyos, thus becomes one of the few women who lead the criminal area in a law firm. Loreto has focused her practice on highly complex litigation, especially highlighting economic crimes.

For her part, Dafne Guerra, who takes over as director of Life Sciences and Free Competition, has developed an outstanding career in matters related to the pharmaceutical and health sector. And finally, Josefa Larraín took over as Director of Arbitrations, after an outstanding career in civil, commercial, corporate litigation, reorganization and liquidation of companies.

Rodrigo Albagli, partner at az, highlighted that these professionals join the team of directors “to face the main challenges that organizations have today, whether related to the new law on economic crimes, public tenders, representation of administrative and judicial procedures , as well as permanent advice on various matters.”
