Javiera Bravo will be part of the corporate affairs team, while Rocío Yáñez will work in the Compliance area.

Rocío Yáñez

Albagli Zaliasnik (az) recently announced the incorporation of two new associates. They are Javiera Bravo and Rocío Yáñez, graduates from Universidad de Chile and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, respectively.

Meanwhile, Javiera Bravo – who joined the firm as a solicitor in 2019 – will continue in the Corporate and Business group.

He specializes in corporate, commercial and real estate law. He has also actively participated in projects related to telecommunications in his professional career.

On the other hand, Rocío Yáñez will be part of the Compliance area, supporting the design and implementation of crime prevention models and compliance programs.

Rocío worked as an attorney at Cortés & Rodríguez law firm. She also completed an internship at the Research Department of the Supreme Court of Chile.

The new additions of az seek to strengthen the firm’s practice areas, as well as to provide more space for new professionals who are developing in the legal industry.
