az and Regcheq sign alliance focused on Compliance and technology for companies

Apr 12, 2024

We are committed to promoting solutions in response to growing regulation regarding economic crimes and money laundering prevention.

In az | albagli zaliasnik we have signed an alliance with Regcheq, a leading company in the development of software as a Service (SaaS) for the management of regulatory compliance and mitigation of legal risks.

Cristóbal Concha, CEO & Co-Founder of Regcheq, explains that his software digitizes, automates and centralizes all the controls that are necessary today to prevent crimes within companies.

From the beginning we wanted to be the work tool for compliance officers so that they can improve efficiency and effectively implement better controls within the company”, he emphasized.

On the other hand, Rodrigo Albagli, managing partner of az, emphasizes that companies must take an active role in preventing Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. For this, it is key to adopt this type of technology in order to avoid fines and reputational implications.

At the end of August of this year is the deadline for companies to adapt their compliance models to the new Economic Crimes Law. This regulatory change will require trust and efficiency support to face this complex scenario, adds Albagli.

From az and Regcheq we see this alliance as an excellent opportunity to deliver new Compliance tools to the market and facilitate its administration by organizations.
