María José Campeny

María José Campeny is a member of the Public Law and Regulated Markets Group.
Member of az since 2023. María José focuses her work in public law and regulated markets. She has represented clients in the processing of various administrative proceedings and in their defense in sanctioning procedures.
Areas of practice
Regulatory Litigation, Administrative Litigation.
Her practice has allowed her to obtain a deep knowledge of the functioning of the State Administration from the perspective of natural resources law, general administrative law, public procurement and sanctioning matters.
Additionally, she has developed highly specialized postgraduate studies in public law and has teaching experience in administrative law and administrative sanctioning law, which has allowed her to fully enhance her practice through theoretical knowledge of the subjects she deals with.
María José has experience in both the public and private sectors in matters of public law and regulated markets, having previously worked in law firms such as the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic.
