Felipe Neira is a member of our firm’s Labor Group.

Felipe Neira focuses his practice primarily on matters related to both individual and collective aspects of labor law. He has experience in conflict resolution and social security, covering a wide range of labor issues, both individual and collective, including providing ongoing advisory services to our clients’ management teams and human resources departments.

He has oriented his professional development towards conflict resolution and issues related to labor law and social security, covering a wide variety of labor matters, both individual and collective, including permanent counsel to our clients’ management or human resources areas.

He mainly focuses on the preparation and revision of employment contracts and contract annexes, on the mobility of personnel, on processes of restructuring, terminations, subscription and application of collective instruments, and on the modification of working conditions.
Additionally, he has extensive experience in litigation and in the resolution of legal conflicts, before labor-related administrative institutions, as well as before Labor Courts and Superior Courts of Justice.
