Fernanda Rodríguez is a member of the IP, Tech and data group of our firm.
Fernanda focuses her professional practice advising both national and international clients in contracts and litigation in the area of Intellectual Property, specifically in trademarks, copyright, software, e-commerce, advertising law and domain names.
PRACTICE AREAS
Intellectual and Industrial Property, Life Sciences, Data Protection and Privacy, Technology, E-commerce, Consumer Protection, Intellectual and Industrial Property Litigation.
She has experience in the protection and defence of trademarks, participating in both registration and litigation proceedings before the National Institute of Industrial Property and before the Industrial Property Court. On the other hand, she focuses on litigation and contracts involving copyright, software, e-commerce, advertising law, domain names and consumer protection.
