Florencia Fuentealba is a member of our firm’s Compliance Group.
She is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica (2019) with a diploma in corporate compliance from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. As an associate of the compliance team, she has participated in the design and implementation of crime prevention models of Law 20.393, in the creation and implementation of compliance programs of Law 19.913 that creates the Financial Analysis Unit and, in the design, and implementation of corporate policies for different types of companies.
