Associate of az since 2023. Javiera Bravo specializes in corporate, commercial and real estate law. She has also been actively involved in projects related to telecommunications in her professional career.

She has experience in advising companies, especially in the drafting and review of contracts, title searches and corporate and commercial matters. Javiera also excels in the drafting of constitutions, corporate amendments, and minutes for shareholders’ meetings and board of directors’ meetings.
