Our Group Compliance Director, Yoab Bitran, will speak at the panel on supply chain and criminal offenses.
Our Criminal and Compliance teams will participate in the “27th Annual Transnational Crime Conference”, an event organized by the International Bar Association (IBA), to be held from May 14 to 16 at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Santiago.
Our partners Rodrigo Albagli and Gabriel Zaliasnik, together with our Compliance Group director, Yoab Bitran, and Criminal Group director, Loreto Hoyos, will attend the event.
The event will address current issues of economic criminal law, such as corruption in sports, crimes in the supply chain, corporate criminal liability in companies, risks for lawyers in investigations and encrypted messaging.
During the event, Yoab will be one of the speakers on the panel “Supply chain and criminal offences”.
In addition, during the three days of the conference there will be networking spaces and instances to exchange experiences and best practices in the field with a focus on international cooperation.
