In a new episode of En Simple’s “La Pizarra De Pizarro”, Pedro Pizarro spoke with our partner, Jorge Arredondo, who provided a critical analysis of the labor market, addressing the difficulties the country faces in recovering pre-pandemic employment levels.
They also analyzed the effects of recent reforms, such as the reduction in the workweek and the Karin Law, along with proposals to boost formal employment, including government subsidies, greater labor flexibility, universal daycare, and a cross-sectoral social dialogue.
